Returns and withdrawals
Purchases made on the website www.blucaribe.net
In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer buyer within 14 days of receiving the product (or from collection at the “Blu Caribe Estetica” institute in Via Bernardino da Feltre, 35/B, 27100, Pavia (PV), where applicable); in the case of separate delivery of multiple goods, ordered by the consumer buyer with a single order, the fourteen-day term for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the Consumer Customer, within the aforementioned 14 days:
- The standard form available at thislink in PDF version, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address: Blu Caribe Estetica Via Bernardino da Feltre, 35/B – 27100 Pavia (PV) PDF FORM or with an attachment by email by writing from the site under “Contacts” or by replying to the email received after the sale.
- Any other explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address: Blu Caribe Estetica Via Bernardino da Feltre, 35/B – 27100 Pavia (PV) or by email by writing from the site under the heading “Contacts” or by replying to the email received after the sale.
The notice of withdrawal must specify the will to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised , attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase .
Blu Caribe communicates to the Buyer consumer without delay a confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the site, of the withdrawal exercised.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Purchaser cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Furthermore, it cannot exercise the withdrawal in relation to sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or connected to health protection and have been opened after delivery ( art.59 letter i) of the Consumer Code.
The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the Buyer consumer has communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any lack.
For purchases made within www.blucaribe.net, the products purchased must be sent to the address of the sender unless otherwise indicated.
For purchases made within the institute, the purchased products must be delivered or sent to the “Blu Caribe Estetica” store in Via Bernardino da Feltre, 35/B, 27100, Pavia (PV).
The only costs payable by the Consumer Purchaser for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods , as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
Once the withdrawal request has been received, Blu Caribe will refund the entire amount paid by the consumer Buyer within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by re-crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the consumer Buyer with the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same payment method used by the consumer Buyer at the time of purchase. At the same time as the refund of the amount paid, Blu Caribe will eliminate any benefit related to the purchase and possibly assigned to the Buyer as a result of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (eg points or discount coupons).
Blu Caribe reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Buyer consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
If, on the other hand, the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the Consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid . In this case, the Consumer Purchaser will be able to get back, at his own expense , the product in the state in which it was returned to Blu Caribe. Otherwise, Blu Caribe will be able to withhold the returned products, in addition to all sums already paid by the Purchaser consumer for the relative purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the Buyer.
Shipping
Shipping to Italy: Free for orders over € 100
Shipping costs are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 100.00 including VAT.
For orders with an amount equal to or less than € 99.99 including VAT, shipping costs are € 5.90 including VAT.
Orders are currently shipped in 7 working days. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Terms of payment
Credit Card
Every purchase takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of the Stripe payment circuit to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
After confirming the order through the site, you will be directed to the secure Stripe servers that will manage the transaction with all the most popular credit cards.

PayPal Account
Pay conveniently and in maximum security by accessing your PayPal account. After confirming your order through the site, you will be directed to PayPal's secure servers, where you can access your account and pay via your remaining credit or via the linked account.
Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and a summary of the details of your purchase. Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the “ My Orders ” section on MyAccount.
Bank Transfer
By choosing this payment method, once the order has been placed it is necessary to follow the following procedure (reported via email at the time of order confirmation): the reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate the order numberand the bank transfer must be made in favour of:

Banking practice requires that the bank transfer made be credited to the beneficiary's current account no earlier than 3/5 working days from its execution, consequently to these days will be added the days between the date of placing the order and the date on which the Customer will arrange the bank transfer.
After 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order without Blu Caribe having received the credit of the bank transfer, the same will proceed to cancel the order.
